Never arrived..where us my salt...seems that most etsy people are bogus

Mr Kirk, comme vous pouvez le voir avec le numéro de tracking que je vous ai fait parvenir le 03 octobre, le sel a bien été envoyé à cette date, dans une poste française. Il a quitté la France le 06 octobre; le paquet est actuellement à la douane américaine à NY. Le passage à la douane peut prendre du temps. Je suis désolée de ce contre-temps, mais cela n'est malheureusement pas de mon ressort. J'espère que vous recevrez vos sels avant la fin du mois. De mon côté, je vais voir si je peux avoir plus d'informations. Il aurait été plus convenable de me contacter directement afin que l'on puisse échanger sur votre souci causé par la douane américaine, plutôt que de me traiter de "bogus" sur le net!
